I was doing some design stuff on the site (I wonder if anyone noticed?) and while looking through the pictures that I have, I realized that I hadn’t done the picture of the week in a couple of weeks, so here it is!
This is just a cool shot

About Jon
I started wrestling my freshman year of high school in 2000 in Northern California. My first match lasted about 16 seconds and ended with me on my back. I am proud to say that my second one lasted a bit longer, but sad to report that it ended the same way. That year was my hardest year. I lost every match except for one.
My sophomore year I threw out my back and couldn’t wrestle but I still showed up to practice nearly every day and became the general “mat monkey.” Junior year I was back. This was the year that I suffered most of my injuries. I broke fingers, cracked ribs and dislocated both my shoulders at the same time. It was also the best record I had.
